Update Team App Target Version

Request

Added in v2.70.0. The app must belong to the current team. Use the team app ID from /cloudphone/team/app/page, not a Cloud Phone ID or catalogue app ID.

Selects a different available catalogue version with the same package name. Only catalogue-sourced team apps are supported. The current version is rejected. Saves the target for the boot installation flow; does not upgrade running phones immediately.

Permission: CLOUD_PHONE_APP_UPDATE_VERSION.
