Create Cloud Phone Remote Connection Link

Request

Create a temporary browser access link for a Cloud Phone (Open API only).

Preconditions: the phone must belong to your team, be accessible to the calling member, be powered on, and not be held by another member. This operation does not power it on.
Effect: creates a new link on each call without requesting connection credentials or changing the current connection. Open data.url in a browser, or encode that complete URL as a QR code.
Validity: fixed at 5 minutes from creation. Repeated visits neither consume nor extend it. After expiry, call this API again. No expiredTime field is returned; this lifetime does not describe connection credentials.
Connection: each successful visit requests fresh connection credentials and redirects to the remote-control page; it may affect an earlier connection. A failed visit may be retried within the remaining validity period. Link creation success does not guarantee that a later connection will succeed.
Handling: keep the complete URL confidential. The API response uses Cache-Control: no-store. Use the returned URL as-is; the host and connection parameters are selected by the server.
