Delete browser profiles

Request

Move one or more browser profiles to the recycle bin.

  • Preconditions: the profile must not already be in the recycle bin, must not be running, and must not be mid-transfer. Close the browser first.
  • Effect: a soft delete. The row, fingerprint and cloud cache are kept and the profile is flagged as recycled with a timestamp. Plan capacity is released immediately, but the daily creation counter is not refunded.
  • Completion: synchronous.
  • Recovery: restoring from the recycle bin is not exposed on the API surface — use the MoreLogin client or web console.
  • Retry: repeating the call reports the profile as already deleted; it cannot double-delete.
