Get phone model list

Return the mobile device models available for Android and iOS browser profiles.

Effect: none. Read-only. Safe to retry with bounded backoff.
Contents: the intersection of the MoreLogin device table and the fingerprint base-data service. Models present in only one of the two are omitted, and the returned id belongs to the fingerprint service, not the device table.
