- **2026-09-17** — [Restart Cloud Phone](/api-reference/cloud-phone/open-api#operation/restartCloudPhone) / [Reset Cloud Phone](/api-reference/cloud-phone/open-api#operation/resetCloudPhone) (Local API + Open API). Proxy query, browser profile list, Cloud Phone list and detail now document `state`, `city`, and `proxyPort`.
- **2026-09-10** — [Create Cloud Phone Remote Connection Link](/api-reference/cloud-phone/open-api#operation/createCloudPhoneRemoteLink): `POST /cloudphone/link` (Open API).
- **Contract snapshot 2026-09-05 — Cloud Phone monthly billing** — Added `GET /cloudphone/monthly/skus` and `POST /cloudphone/monthly/activate` to the Open API, plus their `/api/...` Local API counterparts. `POST /cloudphone/create` now accepts monthly SKUs; monthly phones are created inactive, charged only during activation, and use a 30-day term without automatic renewal.
- **Contract snapshot 2026-09-03** — Added the team Webhook configuration and callback contract, completed OpenAPI prose localization across all seven locales, replaced three unstructured Cloud Phone command responses with source-confirmed `boolean` or `null` payloads, and expanded source-verified endpoint error coverage.
- **Contract snapshot 2026-08-31** — Corrected Browser and Cloud Phone examples, aligned Local/Open API capability descriptions, standardized public 64-bit IDs as strings, documented the production GCRA limit (`rate=200`, `burst=10`, `period=1m`), added per-operation retry/completion guidance and a Cloud Phone file-transfer guide, and introduced automated contract, example, localization, and version checks.
- **Cloud Phone API v2.65.0** — Added live-stream start, status, and stop operations, plus team wallet balance, remaining duration, and remaining concurrency queries to both Open API and Local API.
- **Cloud Browser API** — Added the Cloud Browser API (Open API and Local API) with `start`, `stop`, `page`, and `connect` operations for managing remote cloud browser environments over CDP.
