Start, inspect, and stop Cloud Phone live streaming.

ライブ配信を開始

Request

uploadType=2 でアップロード済みの MP4 ファイルを使用して配信を開始します。タイムアウトした場合は再試行前に状態を確認してください。業務エラーには 33300、33301、33401、33418、99002 があります。
